The outdoor area was sweet as for arvo drinks, but the breakfast was a bit simple and the shower was tiny. Still, the staff were heaps friendly and helpful!

Consider asking for a kettle at reception for hot drinks, as it isn't provided in the rooms. The outdoor garden area is perfect for relaxation.

Braw stay! The breakfast was a real treat, with scrambled eggs and fresh pastries that got me goin' every mornin'. The only downside? The location felt a wee bit rough around the edges. But the friendly staff made up for it! Will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The staff were friendly and super helpful, providing tips for local spots and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the Colosseum and Roman Forum, both within a short walk. The outdoor area was great for morning coffee. Clean rooms and a fantastic location near public transport made our stay enjoyable.
The area can seem a bit run down, with some litter on the streets, which was an initial concern, but we didn't face any major issues.

Breakfast was diverse and generous, with a lovely variety of Italian pastries. Staff made us feel at home and shared lots of tips on local spots. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport.
No room for improvement.

The breakfast options are rather limited, lacking variety with just sweet pastries and a couple of cold cuts, which might leave you wishing for a heartier start to the day. Noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor can be quite disruptive. slamming doors and late-night chatter made for some sleepless nights. The air conditioning units can be quite noisy as well, leaving you with no choice but to turn them off while trying to catch some z's. the overall room size seemed cramped, especially for a triple room, which lacked adequate space for moving around comfortably. A lack of hot food at breakfast is disappointing, and to top it off, some amenities like toiletries were not consistently replenished during our stay.

The massive shower was my absolute favorite part! The room had lovely high ceilings and a big window that opened up to a breathtaking view of the ancient aqueduct. Just a bit of dirt in the bathroom, though. 😊

good stay with a few bumps
The property is very cute, showcasing a charming feel that added to our overall experience. The presence of a 24-hour host provided a welcoming touch, especially with their warm farewell during our early departure. We enjoyed the room's comfortable furnishings and appreciated the automatic shades for privacy. The balcony offered a lovely garden view, adding a nice touch to our stay.
The AC system was a bit cumbersome to operate, as it functioned like an on/off switch, which could lead to occasional temperature discomfort.

Great staff and cozy rooms!
Just spent a night here. The room was super cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really took care of us, especially when I wasn't feeling well. Enjoyed in-room breakfast. a nice perk! Only bummer was the bathroom was kinda small. Otherwise, a solid choice for a comfy stay!
